Located 15 minutes from Seattle on the Bridal Trails in Kirkland, Bayview Farm is the Northwest's premiere program for developing winning hunter and jumper sport horses and riders. We deliver programs tailor-made to achieve the unique goals of owners, investors, and riders so their horses reach their full potential.
Laina Summers - Head Trainer
A Seattle native, Laina got her start in the pony hunters and progressed up the ladder of the junior ranks into equitation and jumpers.
After receiving a B.Sc. with Honors from University of St. Andrews in Scotland, Laina moved to Belgium, gaining experience in the European system, from breeding and handling young horses, to sales, and showing. Upon returning to the US, Laina worked for top hunter-jumper barns in the Pacific Northwest, competing up to the Grand Prix level, before starting Bayview Farm.
